RATES
Villa rental rates quoted are on a per night basis. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Minimum stay is 7 nights except during the Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or Summer holidays when the minimum stay is 10 days.
Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the villa as shown on the web site. Additional guests may be subject to a per person, per day surcharge. Rates include the services of a Villa Inda representative to meet guests at the airport in Bali and escort them to their villa as well as assistance by the Villa Inda Service Manager until the guests' departure.
Also included is the free use of an air-conditioned car with a reliable driver for up to 10 hours per day (consecutively), salaries of all house staff, the cost of electricity, water, cleaning and gardening supplies, local taxes, and so on. Villa Inda is fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils, and a supply of soap and toiletries.
NOT INCLUDED / ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Rates do not include baggage handling, gratuities, telephone, fax and telegram charges, food, soft drinks and/or liquor and wine, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc).
RESERVATION & PAYMENTS
35% Rental Deposit together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by Villa Inda before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Villa Inda at least 60 days prior to guest arrival (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 60 days in advance of arrival). Failure to receive the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
All rates for accommodation in Bali are quoted in US dollars, however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on the day of the debit. Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Villa Inda.
Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
A US$50 administration fee will be charged by Villa Inda for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been issued. Changes cannot be made later than 45 days before arrival, and acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the villa's owner.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation of a booking at any time will result in forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made. Refund of monies paid for villa rental and services will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The villa becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement villa can be obtained. This qualifies for a 100% refund; 2.) The villa is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15% administration fee.
LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Villa Inda be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Villa Inda will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Villa Inda at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.
